Annual Performance Reporting - 2010

We apologize for any inconvenience that Quickbase's downtime may have caused with submitting this year's Partnership for a Sustainable Georgia's (PSG's) Annual Performance Reports (APRs). Because of the database's unreliability, we have moved our APRs to a new format. There are now 3 separate components to each APR: a survey to be completed in Survey Monkey, an Excel spreadsheet to collect your environmental performance data, and a Certification of Continued Program Participation form to be completed by your facility manager. All of these documents can be found using the links below. It is our hope that this a more user-friendly and reliable process that will allow you to quickly fill out and submit your APR. Please note the new deadline to complete your APR is August 20, 2010.

Natural Leaders Awards

Each year, the Sustainability Division recognizes Partners who show exemplary results in improving their environmental performance, working with their community, mentoring others and providing models of sustainable business practices. This year, the program is soliciting self-nominations for awards, through questions in the APR. Award categories and nomination instructions will be posted soon. Nominees will be evaluated based solely on details provided in their APRs.
